Third-Party Login & Email Privacy

If you choose to sign in with a third-party login service (e.g. Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple), we limit data collection to your name and email address only.

When you use Sign in with Apple, you have the option to use Hide My Email, which allows you to keep your personal/real email address private and use a relay email provided by Apple.

Alternative Login Option

In addition to third-party login services, you may also choose to sign up with your email address and a password directly. This option ensures you can access PAiMo without sharing information with a third-party provider.

Consent for Advertising/Tracking

We do not collect your in-app interactions (feature usage, clicks, navigation) for advertising purposes without your explicit consent. If we introduce any advertising or tracking features in the future, you will first receive a clear consent prompt (e.g., a pop-up or settings toggle) before any data is collected. No data will be collected for advertising purposes without your prior consent, and you may opt out at any time via the settings.

Children's Privacy

PAiMo is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

When you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages from PAiMo, we use it solely to send you transactional messages about your matches, court assignments, registration status, and tournament-related account updates. SMS opt-in is optional and is never a condition of registering for a tournament, paying, or using the platform.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing.

We share mobile numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole technical purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. Subprocessors are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and may not use the data for any other purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by emailing info@paimo.io with the subject line "STOP Text", or by adjusting SMS preferences in your account settings. Reply HELP for help.

Categories of SMS-related data we collect: mobile phone number, opt-in timestamp, opt-in source (the registration form on which consent was given), and message delivery logs.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
